You get to create your own flavour and style as our professional servers show their lighting fast flaring skills and create a mouth-watering master piece in front of your very eyes!

Beat the heat the innovative Mobile Thai Rolled Ice Cream Bar. This feast for the eyes is an experience to behold! Our ice-cream baristas are trained in the art of rollin thin layers of ice cream into rolls. Toppings can be added to the beatifully uniform rolls during the rolling, or after. Finish it off with a smattering of syrup and enjoy! Delightfully indulgent!

All our food and beverages are served by our professionally trained bar staff from your choice of white bar counter, craft bar, food truck, or festive carnival car. We pay special attention to hygeine and allergens providing a menu that lets your guests know that their safety and health is our primary concern.
